Food4, I haven't followed RSPI that closely for several years, and haven't dug into their current capital structure to analyze what entities now control how much of the company, etc. I'm not that well versed on the new management, their backrounds and affiliations, and I don't know much about the Dronabinol side of things either. Ampakines I know fairly well from the Cortex days, but that's about it.
These days I don't own any bio stocks but just follow the sector for fun and out of general interest. But yes, if you hear 'too the moon' or 'slam dunk', you'll know it's time to start unloading :o)
