The Q came out this morning already...we talked all day about it :)...maybe Mr. Cashman is referring to a PR to be released, too?

In any case the revs are great and there is a small operating profit but no clarity on the use of further issued convertible notes and, naturally, with just the 10Q we still don't know of the supposedly finalized acquisition of MVC Comp Inc., yet
