Considering Trump's legal history, it is prolly in his best interest to nominate the next Supreme Court justice.
However, except as it might concern him, I rather doubt we have any way of knowing for sure what his criteria for a justice will be on any given day. Might surprise everyone, though it could be amusing to watch a Republican-dominated Senate struggle to confirm his choice - sort of like watching the current convention...
