every company in the building is controlled by a larger institution EXCEPT for Biosurface. They will be just like the others.

The significance of this is that $EHSK would receive $3.5 million in Biosurface stock. the REAL QUESTION here is what is Biosurface worth? How much of a share of Biosurface will be rolled into EHSK for the product line???

Likely a good percentage IMO they have nothing but the vehicle & connections to quietly drive this into a large buyout.

just think they didn't let Biosurface Limited into the house for no reason...
