Do we know that August 1 is a date from the DEA to respond? All of my articles that I read, we were to know by the half of this year. That would have been June 30.

Great point about the August 1st possibility as well, the MJ sector overall might have a two week rally just in anticipation of the upcoming chance of rescheduling as well

If MJ were rescheduled come Aug 1st it will go bonkers in this field of endeavor and associated stocks. SGBY will be akin to the assayor's office made a good living during the gold rush days providing an essential part to this growing industry...!
