SAFC just needs a simple "Reinstatement" action which could push the price up to 0.008764 in order to match the peer's MV since the non-reporting "SEC Reporting Delinquent" peer just did "Reinstatement" a few months ago which pushed its price to 0.0056 from 0.0001 with much larger SS (338M/344M shares float/OS)...
