conix -- no, Comey did not say that -- there were a grand total of 3 emails with no classification header of any sort that had paragraphs within them which included a "(C)" notation, indicating a lowest-level confidential rating for only what was in those paragraphs -- a notation Comey expressly acknowledged a busy person could easily miss -- and then it turned out, in something Comey did not know either during his histrionic press conference or during his later House hearing testimony (near the end of which he was so informed), that those paragraphs were mistakenly so notated and should not have been so notated, i.e. were not even properly partially marked as classified as lowest-level confidential, when they were sent to/arrived at Hillary's server
