it is now an integrated system , remotely controlled , as applied to a given quantity of pipeline and its variations in oil and as managed by people familiar with the Manual..
that finished product represents a qualitative change and one we were not prepared for..
and it explains why every possible client is watching on KMI..to see how the integrated system works...
I was getting hyper-frustrated by the silence from non KMI clients ..but now it seems more reasonable...
