For the record, I'm not making any assertions that his travel was related. It is interesting that Orlando was mentioned and he had a recent business trip there. But, that's it, just interesting. By itself, it means nothing.

But, he does represent IMSC as it relates to PR. He has likely been fielding hundreds of calls a day, so that IMSC management can focus on what they're doing and not fielding calls. The guy has to figure out how to say the same thing hundreds of times a day, without leaning too far in his statements any one way.
