It looks like BHGI is acquiring companies with existing operations that include building or remodeling Corona and Bud Light branded stores in agreement or partnership it the world's largest beverage company "AB-InBev". (Budlight, Dos Equis, Corona etc).

Comerci-on is probably a bank teller system that goes into these new Corona and Bud Light branded convenience stores that offer banking services that are currently not available to the average Joe in Mexico.

Imagine a country without 711 or Circle K stores, with like 90% of it's population using cash only.

Now imagine a company that is licensed by the government to build that type of new banking services / debit system infrastructure to fill that niche.

We are talking billions of dollars here. Pennyland has never seen anything like it and according to this news release, the next step is complete and full audits on all of the acquisition companies to prove their value. It doesn't get any bigger than this!
