This is why it is absolutely safe to short this stock at 0.0001. Since the reverse split will come, and no one can fill it at 0.0002, you will not get hammed with a spike up, since even good news will only bring other stocks in the sector rise but not this one. Money will flow out of here to there where the rally is participating.
