I never had a position, short or otherwise. Still don't but still open to buying under the right circumstances. Overall the drop was a bit lower and the recovery a little shallower than I expected. Oh well. I don't see the sale generating anywhere near needed for the shareholders. You will be shocked as to how little interest the auction will generate, and some little stalking horse bid might take it all. There could be something if the lawsuit is successful, but it might be years down the road.
