There is a link to put yourself on ignore under any of your messages in your Outbox. I only know this because I managed to put myself on ignore one day and wasn't happy til I at least figured out where I did it. Since I have the trackpad set for touch (it doesn't click) I also have a pretty good idea how I did it, too.

I still don't know why the diabolical link exists...
