No, 2's or 0.0002 means it is time to short at it. But you cannot sell at 0.0002 as there is no basis for this. With this stock it is impossible. No good news will bring that up. There is way too many shares at 0.0002 on the sell that it will not go to 0.0002/0.0003 In any case good luck getting that filled since there is too great a volume of sell at 0.0002 that there is too many ahead of you in line for this. This does mean however that shorting is very safe to do here as a reverse split is a way to quick profits.
