NY usually puts some high targets on xxii stock price...but you can't tell me that it can't get to $4 by EOY. I'm not saying it will, but I am saying it CAN. Like he said, you never know what kind of deals could surface over the next 5 months.

You can go back and look at March 2014 and then tell me it can't run to $4 on some good news....
