Hello all. I sent an email to the USPTO about why we cannot access the IPR documents. They no longer use the portal that we were using. Here is their response and how to access IPR case information. I tried it and it works just fine. See below.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We migrated the Patent Trial and Appeal Board system to a new one from the old ptabtrials.uspto.
Please go to https://ptab.uspto.gov to perform your searches under “Search PTAB”. The site works better with google chrome if you have it on your machine. Also, if you had an account in the old PRPS system (which still handles DER type cases), then please click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the “Log In” button to generate a new password and use your registered email address as the username.
