Look at the video he sent. Kind of like a large University. They just keep people in there to teach them, motivate them, and get their industry started. I had no idea about this. They were just making their product going while at the Science Park. Used to have a Science Park at my University, but have been such a dummy about this.

They are likely finding a new place/etc. to get their product in gear if all is still true.
