I read The Speculative Investor for the technical analysis. His macro analysis can be too hidebound and limited by his theoretical loyalties and his stock picks can be spotty, but the technical analysis of indices and metals has been very useful to me at times.

Very sad to see Clause retire. He does still post over on Silicon Investor under his own name, albeit often in French.
