I'll try again....3rd time. BAC's O/S has been reduced by approximately 53,000,000 between the K filing and he subsequent Q filing.


You stated they have not bought any shares back although approved to do so in December. Do you have any idea, any clue, what caused the O/S to drop by 53,000,000?

It's a simple question only requiring a simple answer. Understood?
