Talk to some people who have used it they say it's very hard to remove once it's on a few weeks you have to chisel it off

It's a dollar because 120 shares traded all day, and the last trade was at a dollar.

I'm not sure I'd put too much stock in it staying at a dollar next week,
especially when the bid was ~ 1/10th that.

I hope your faith in this company pays off, but everything I've seen points to continued management greed. They will continue to dilute in order to enrich themselves and related parties.

... thats why the 1.6B AS are needed.

Thats why they have the option of giving NTI over 77% control of HCTI.
Even if HCTI is wildly successful, management will take disproportionate
amounts for themselves and the related parties.

It seems to be a very rigged game even for OTC.

... maybe thats why FINRA delayed the RS?
Makes you wonder what the additional questions were.
