Why do you think Jerry withdrew the original Form 10 at the last minute, and replaced it with a nearly identical filing? Why wouldn't he make the SEC questions about the original filing public?

You continue to make the claim that people said the "uplist" won't happen, but have so far failed to provide any examples of this.

If you want to maintain credibility, you need to either substantiate the claim or stop making it.
