there will be no decision anytime soon by dea or fda or anyone else that would rank in opinion or fact for descheduling marijuana from the stringent oversight that comes with all scheduled drugs 2 or above > i think the government is going to step back and allow the next round of elections go by before any decisions are made to begin the process of how to regulate the marijuana trade > there is no hurry and they will most likely allow the states to decide how they each one by one deal with mmj laws ..... one day there will come a time when the government announces how they will allow states to circumvent the laws as the feds see it and how they can go forward > this allows our government to have its cake and eat it too >>>> they are not giving in on marijuana anytime soon >>>> i seriously doubt it ... at a few points in recent times i did think our government was going to actually do the right thing and remove marijuana from any scheduled list or at least go down to a schedule 3 > but now my opinion is they are not going to do this anytime soon !!!!!
