I Agree Otis...the for replying. Don't know if food security or more broadly food information is really top of mind at adnas, because hardly anything is ever stated about it. But I think it is indeed a huge potential market....maybe not yet though. I I do believe we all want to know more and more often where food originates and what it is guaranteed! And if we are ever to move to a society in which 3d food printing will be available everywhere....I definitely want to know where my protein filaments come from.
