Covered before they went on the pinks as I didn't know what would happen on the pinks with the short rules. Can't short a pink and didn't know how that would effect my ability to cover. I shorted, covered, shorted covered again and again since the financing.
One of my best trades of all time. I really with they would get back on the OTC so it would be short able again.
I just think a company with no money, no office no communication, no social media updates, no shareholder updates via pr or conference calls, no nothing...... So the price might move around but in essence I don't believe the company is even functioning at this point....... I mean some emails from a guy named Mark and that's comforts you?
Any normal company that was going to succeed would certainly have put out a shareholder update. And given the desertion from the company of Smyth and the CFO are complete red flags...... Deal is toast
