Feasible explanation? Seriously? On the contrary!

How about a few facts instead...

1) It is illegal to park a non-electric car in an electric charging spot in Illinois, and it results in a fine and a tow away! (see link below)
2) There are no shortages of spaces where virtually all chargers are located. Most Walgreens, for example, easily have 2X the parking spots needed for shoppers at most times of day.
3) If you use a charger in a paid parking area, you have to pay for the parking PLUS the charging!
