I think Elite will continue to dilute & go it alone, but only they know the FDA's real concerns with the NDA. Except dilution will take place at much lower share price. Going to hurt.

I hope it is for labeling. Now, I'm not a savy trader so I couldn't figure out why the S1 was released this week.

Does capital raise indicate more data require? It is anyone guess now until they hold a conference call to provide us details .

What struck me surprise is all clinical trial data and efficacy result has been top notch. This is gonna hurt and a long week for me.

Well closer to something anyway...honestly, I have NO confidence in this management at this point, given all they've have said over the last few months, only to end up with a CRL...no confidence at all. I sold early this afternoon and am happy to wave goodbye! My very best to all of to you!!!

It would be great if the CRL is over labeling but why wouldnt the fda have scheduled an adcom then?
Cant help but feel BP influence is at play here...just doesnt make sense given all the successful trials.

Hopefully Elite will issue another PR next week and provide more details on this.
