You make a lot of good points. The silence is not good and if anything implies they've got nothing to share IMO. It does appear that the staff, from top to bottom, is more or less incompetent and has limited interest in developing sales or establishing an actual business. Basically, they live off debt proceeds and print paper to cover the bill. Sad, it's a pretty decent product from what others have told me.
