If I were to guess, I think at the time of the audit Ed told the auditors Greenpay was an empty entity with no assets or bank accounts. The only way the auditors would know the real estate or Greenpay bank accounts exist is if Ed told them or they saw activity between Greenpay accounts and myec accounts. Without notification from Ed, they would have no idea about them.

Look at how Seergate was audited (which was thorough) vs greenpay which was nonexistent. I believe Ed convinced them there was nothing to Greenpay to audit.
