I agree that they are still alive until we see a definite end to these common shares. I always revert to how much care was taken to protect them going into this bk. Like the rules that were made that you couldn't buy more than 4.5MM or something without CDIs permission and things of that nature. Imagine what any good news would do to this. It's a classic all or nothing in my honest opinion.
