Alarmist, yes that seems to fit! Advocate tells us he's a European lawyer - so he's educated and supposed to be smart. So I question why does he continue to " brush the cats fur backward" on this board? I recall numerous other concerns he has had before with the company not being able to complete or get the necessary fundraising etc. etc. and then praising and thanking Jim Sims or Mitas Mark when they are successful for doing their great work - only to turn into a "doubting tomas" again a few weeks later! And the cycle repeats itself! I must say very odd indeed.
