Thats why Fidelity is chit. Some brokers have special rules when stocks reach certain prices or volume or spread. I know of people with 3 other brokerages and they have no problem with buy or sell orders for TLFX

I trade with Fidelity and they have been cracking down on these penny stocks. I've had it happen on three tickers.

I had the same problem with Fidelity. Tried one day to buy this and bionq , it said I could not buy penny stocks. Over the next couple days my buy orders filled for both. Not sure what was going on there. My account at Fidelity was and still is approved for penny stocks.
