Excellent post. Balanced view and it makes good business sense. It would be prudent if we as shareholders gained some influence into this process --with only positive intent and results in mind. I will talk with those that I am in contact with and I hope others realize this to be a needed approach and will also communicate to those they know are invested. We need to find a path to more influence. That is the our right as shareholders.

I am in complete agreement with this post.
Was never a fan of the go it alone strategy but hoped for the large reward if the Ph3 trial panned out (I also voted against authorizing more shares).
Now Avid will be relied on to generate profit/funding to keep the lights on while they work to establish some partnering interest in Bavi IO combos. There will be more dilution in the next couple of years until Avid revenues/profits catch up to company expenses and going the ATM route at current prices is beyond painful. Not cutting expenses through head count and salary reduction demonstrates a neglect of fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and needs to be addressed. They talked about expense control on the call but did not provide sufficient detail on how this would be accomplished IMO. Count me in with 200k shares for action that can get our concerns heard and addressed.

I give 6 jugs up fer that post opinion!
Off with them heads! I'm poorer than a skunk without a stinker. That's cause all them stinkers on the BOD took it all from us.

It's goin' to be a long and windin' road for the next couple of years. Glad I gots all my shares tucked safely away in my underwear drawer. Ain't nobody gonna look there. I just hope one of you will help me remember where I stuck 'em when that time comes to find 'em.

Just my opinion,
Loofman
