This is an example of a common stock purchase agreement, but has terms related to what you guys are talking about. This was recent.

Good, it's an example of the type of clause that WAS NOT INCLUDED in the ECIG/Calm Waters agreement.

And yet some on this board insist that the agreement exists in spite of the fact that the contract does not contain such a clause.

And hedge funds would not apply to us right now we are to small to be considered by hedge fund groups It's not the same.

It gets old listening to the BS about the lenders being friendly and the even bigger BS about Calm Waters exercising warrants only when told to do so by ECIG.

The fact that there is nothing written into the agreement/contract to support that notion is bad enough, but then to ignore the fact the contract/agreement expressly states a relationship like that as touted on this board does not exist.

That's just hard to take.
