What's your take on convertibles and on going lawsuits? Do you think they'll pay debt with debt by issuing shares. Some of those notes looked rather nasty; having the potential of burying the company.

According to what I was told their goal is to get current and within 2 quarters they should meet the requirements to uplist to the AMEX. When I asked about the pps requirement I was told it could be waived so no RS will be needed.

The dilution and dumping is also contrary to the 8k statement that shares will not be sold and will be held for investment.

Another revelation. First, I learn that there is a trademarked logo that proves TALK is legit.

Now, we have an 8-K that says shares will not be sold and held for investment. Can't possibly be dilution and dumping because the 8-K says so. Wow. Stunning.
