Has anyone bothered to call Diane at public relations? I'm reading numerous posts on Twitter & Yahoo Finance, that many people have gotten in reach with her stating, that she stated, the company has yet to even receive a response yet from the FDA.

Approval is considered material information. What is the time frame for Elite to make it public?

The FDA posts an official approval. So I do not think it comes under "material" for Elite.
You are probably used to seeing approval announcements made by companies because it is advantageous for them to do so.
The reason we have heard nothing IMO- Nasrat will not release info under any circumstances before the FDA makes the approval public.
