Then you ought to go back and check, because in fact no one ever said that. Why would the stock be cancelled before the hearing even began? Sheesh.

Of course not one said the trading would be shutdown at 1:30 CDT - not CST.

The court documents have to be sent to FINRA before the ARIOQ ticker is deleted.

It seems to be very confusing to a few about Federal Court and the FINRA process.

Don't worry your shares are still worthless.

seems to be I have been hearing that the hearing was at 2 and then had to wait until they were notified. some suspect it may be as early as tomorrow. but depends on the court.
