Well, only the review is today. Knowing the history of the company, often they do not rush to put out news. So even if they did find out sometime today, which is unlikely to be leaked, I would assume at earliest its out tomorrow or Friday. In addition, the FDA doesn't update its website of approvals day of, it usually takes two days after review date.
