Those 6M shares (difference) haven't been issued. They existed all along. It's a matter of which shares are restricted, and which are not. Insiders (directors) shares are restricted. Ours are not. But there may also be affiliates. That's what this is all about. It's a non-issue.
What I pointed out was that the Chinese crook's shares are restricted as well even though he is not a director in the new company. Presumably because he qualifies as an affiliate.
