lets have a lottery of when UCPA goes out completely or when it reaches .03. to bad we cannot bet in realty , I believe it is illegal to bet on a stock on a board like this. So we will have to wait until this BOD gets a windfall, or sells out to another company. when you get older TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE REALLY MEANS SOMETHING. YOU CAN'T BUY IT OR SELL IT , YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR TIME MASTER TO CALL THE SHOTS. IMHO
