I just received a phone call from Mr.Green of the S.E.C. He said he's been receiving several calls regarding just what's been going on lately, regarding some brokers halting the online trading in IPRE. He also said, that if I want to file a formal complaint against E-TRADE,I could do so. He also said that his office is currently investigating this whole situation. He again mentioned that he's received several calls from shareholders asking for his help in resolving this matter. Regards, Florida
