Ok. But why offer shares to pay off interest when expected revs and profit could easily take care of that in a few quarters. We are talking about millions of shares coming to market because of it. It's not like the stock is healthy and above a dollar where that can possibly be done. We are at .14. Think about how many shares will be needed to pay off the interest alone.
