Absolutely a long term growth Stock. None better given the changes about to occur.Consider that BAC is but .56 of TBV whereas others in sector are at 1.0 to 2.0. At issue of course is the huge number of shares in the float right now. Like 10.51 Billion. BAC must reduce this by a minimum of .75 Billion per year to be a "player". That's like 750 Million per year, or not less than say 5-600 Million to make a dent in the float of any significance.Further, the PPS is now "controlled" by HFT trading. The 13 HFT exchanges offer a .03 per share per trade rebate to any broker therein making BAC a "cash cow" by keeping the PPS in a channel. A new UPTICK RULE would help eliminate this but as long as the politicians have their funds with these brokers and hedge funds using the HFT exchanges we won't see a new UPTICK RULE.
