Nonsense, but even if true, it doesn't explain the deliberate fraud committed by spencer in the filing. He said he received the revenue and had cash on hand. You're saying he never did because of Wallace.

I don't care what the reason is for his fraud. It's still fraud.

And what could Wallace have done to dissuade Daya from partnering with the world class tech? spencer always blames someone else for his failures. But his financials were false and he knew it.
