Seems to be the case, especially in light of the company's retention of an expert to provide dosing and related data, that human testing will be part of the next submission. Earliest date for the 3rd submission approval/decline is mid next year ... though most likely by the end of 2017. A long ways to wait for a subpenny ticker to perform.
A highly speculative stock at this point, particularly given JK's dismal track record over the past 10+ years.
