Greenpay, LLC that owns the real estate and is a owned subsidiary of MYEC is a Wyoming LLC

This is a quote directly from the Greenpay purchase agreement.

WHEREAS, Seller is the owner and holder of all of the membership interest of GREENPAY, LLC, a Wyoming LLC (hereafter referred to as "GREENPAY");

What does the Greenpay in Delaware have to do with this? Nothing.

Can Fast Eddie make a public statement denying the fact that money was wired out of MyECheck bank accounts to real estate title companies for the purpose of buying real estate in El Dorado County California, Hawaii and Nevada. Can you pleeze do that due diligence?
