The CEO, in my opinion is a scammer who does quite well producing hype, which encourages investors to buy stock on the news. Look at the news releases he made, and then look at the reality. Once again, he produced nothing of value for creditors of this rat hole of a company. It has zero assets, over a million of liabilities, and a scammer as its CEO, in my opinion.
The CEO Joseph Collins scammed everyone in this stock, in my opinion. He finally admitted that there were debts on the company that he says he tried to deal with.
Looking ahead, Collins has made filings with the SEC in his new venture, Punch TV. He seems to have used this name before. He also seems to have an accountant that may not be a registered CPA. Collins and the accountant have made SEC filings. These filings may be false or may be perhaps fraud.
