Agreed with your assessment of what Yahoo! did to their message board format,.... I think they have managed to make it even more useless than it was before.
iHub has some personality quirks as well,... and the moderation system here is far less tolerant of insults, digressions, and off-topic posts,... take your time and familiarize yourself with some of the differences and you'll be fine though.
Good to 'see' you as well - and I hope that those who decide to come here for discussion keep it clean but lively.
