I've been using the HTML5 Annotation tool for quite a while now. I just tried the Annotate: Flash (old). That is working normally on my PC, as well.

You might also want to post on the StockCharts Answer Network. There are quite a few active posters there and someone who is on a Mac may have dealt with this already, or at least able to confirm that the same is happening on their system.
