GNCP - In 2014, Scottrade got slapped with a $2.5M fine for providing inaccurate Blue Sheet data to the SEC.
Yesterday, Citibank got slapped with a $7M fine for providing 15 years (1999-2014) worth of inaccurate Blue Sheet data to the SEC.
Citibank must admit guilt as part of settlement.
Interestingly enough, both entities have claimed a computer glitch for the "error".
2014 is when we last saw GNCP manipulated and naked short sold to no end. Wonder what the Blue Sheet data looks like from these and the rest of the collaborating market makers, brokers, and clearing firms?
