I don't understand the doom and gloom that has been created by receiving a "Final Rejection" notice on a patent. As been mentioned here and if you do the DD, a "Final Rejection" is the start of a process to ultimately get it allowed. It may ultimately be rejected, but it is not now.
Also don't lose focus that major companies have been working with EPGL to advance this technology. If EPGL had nothing, these companies would not be associated with them. Hayes may be a fool, but the CEO of COO surely is not.
